You may request a duplicate if the original certificate has been lost, destroyed, defaced, or made illegible.

What declarations must the owner(s) make?

All owner(s) must complete and sign a declaration stating whether the certificate has been lost, destroyed, or defaced/illegible. If lost, you undertake that should the old certificate ever be recovered, it will be returned to the Registry for cancellation. If defaced or illegible, it should be enclosed.

Which vessel details are required for this application?

You must provide the Vessel Name, Vessel Use/Endorsement (Pleasure or Commercial), Official Number, and confirmation of the Official Number.

Is the Official Number mandatory?

Yes. The Official Number and the confirmation of the Official Number are required fields.

What owner and applicant information do I need to include?

Add each owner and complete the applicant details: title (optional), first and last name, company name, full postal address, email and confirm email, and phone.

What is the fee for a duplicate certificate?

The application fee is £200.00, with a total of £200.00 shown at checkout.
